For the last 10 years, I’ve been focused on connecting and synthesizing the worlds of organizational development and social change.

I’ve worked with community organizations in Canada as a facilitator with the Centre for Community Organizations, as an independent consultant, and as a volunteer and board member with Santropol Roulant. Prior to that, I was involved in community organizing, participatory budgeting, and micro-enterprise development initiatives in the United States.

In 2010, Warren and I left Montreal for an open-ended journey to visit social change projects in Africa and India and have recently settled in Cape Town, South Africa where we continue to grow the work of Organization Unbound.
